The first fruit ever received by the Oddity, the Viognier from Rolling View Vineyard was destemmed prior to pressing, and barrel fermented providing body and mouthfeel. The 32-year old Riesling vines from Buhl Memorial Vineyard fermented in stainless steel provides the crushing minerality and bright acidity. Blended and aged together in steel 10 months.

The Oddity’s take on a Rhone blend. Zin from a backyard in Sedona, AZ lends a bright, almost floral note to this food friendly nectar. Syrah from Rolling View Vineyards and Grenache from the Norte block of Buhl Memorial Vineyard cinch the perfect knot in this sophisticated, unique, and yet familiar wine. Aged ten months in neutral mixed American and French oak.

Fruit foreword Sangio from Buhl Memorial artfully welded together with the structural power of Petite Sirah from both Buhl and Rolling View Vineyards. Aged for ten months in neutral mixed American and French oak barrels.
